Susanna, a Harvard University graduate (2008), was active in various organizations such as Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, Smart Woman Securities, and Crimson Panhellenic Council. She also captained Harvard's Junior Varsity and Club Women's Lacrosse teams. She graduated from Eliot House - DOMUS. She is certified in Finance as well as Ethics by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Susanna began her career at Gartner before moving into advisory roles focusing on sustainability and real estate management. She then transitioned to a Development Analyst position at a commercial construction company, specializing in affordable housing. Through these roles she has managed affordable housing grant applications and led the RFI/RFP processes in collaboration with housing coordinators, town planners, and administrators, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Staying informed about local and regional affordable housing policies, economic shifts, and construction trends has been a key aspect of her various roles. These experiences combined inspired her to establish Stream.

Susanna's community involvement is highlighted by her role as the founding President of the New England Women's Affordable Housing Network. Outside work, she enjoys various activities like checking out art exhibits, run club, dog walks, and road trips.
